I am a creative professional with a passion for finding solutions to user and organizational problems using design thinking and strategic research. Public advocacy drives my interest in addressing user needs and problems via empirical data and innovative, empathetic solutions. I do this by building user-centered designs informed by user research; creating prototypes, wireframes, and personas; and mapping behavior flows.
